We ship nationwide across Japan. Standard shipping fees apply, but we offer free shipping on specific 'Free Shipping' promotional items or orders exceeding a certain value. Please note that refrigerated and frozen items incur a separate 'Cool Delivery' surcharge.
Can I return a food product if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns for personal reasons. However, if a product is defective or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Are all items found in physical Seijo Ishii stores available online?
